The main house offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a lower level with a pull-out sofa for extra guests. Step outside onto the deck to take in the fresh mountain air, gather around the fire pit as the stars come out, or simply let the kids run free across the property.
The detached cabin adds a private, cozy bonus space ideal for teenagers to hang out, a remote working space, overflow guests, or a quiet spot to read and decompress.

The Neighborhood
Edinburg, Virginia sits in the heart of Shenandoah County surrounded by the Blue Ridge and Massanutten mountains, threaded by the North Fork of the Shenandoah River, and full of small-town charm. It's the kind of place where you wave at strangers and the skies are actually dark at night.
You're 15 minutes from the charming town of Woodstock, with local restaurants, coffee shops, and a growing arts scene. Strasburg, the "Antique Capital of Virginia", is a short drive for serious treasure hunters. And Shenandoah National Park, with Skyline Drive, dozens of waterfalls, and hundreds of miles of trails, is within easy reach.

There's no shortage of ways to fill your days. In winter, hit the slopes at Bryce Resort (15 minutes away) for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing.
