Guests & Occupancy

• Maximum of 8 guests overnight

• No unregistered guests or unauthorized parties

• Must be 25+ years old to book​

 

Noise & Neighbors

• Quiet hours from 10pm – 8am

• No loud music or gatherings after quiet hours

• Be respectful of neighboring properties

Pets

• No pets allowed

 

Hot Tub

• Please rinse feet before entering the hot tub

• No glass near or in the hot tub

• No children under 15 without adult supervision

• Hot tub must be left covered after use

 

Smoking

• No smoking inside the property

• Smoking permitted outside only, please dispose of cigarettes properly

• No smoking near the Solo Stove or grill

 

Kitchen & Cooking

• Please wash dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout

• Do not leave food in the fridge, in the house or outside. Please take any food with you when you leave 

• Outdoor grill must be turned off and cooled before leaving

 

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00pm | Check-out: 11:00am

• At checkout, please leave the key inside the lockbox and ensure it is fully locked

• Late checkout must be requested in advance and is subject to availability

 

Trash & Recycling

• Please take all trash and recycling to Wolf Gap Recycling Drop:  2984 Wolf Gap Road, Edinburg, VA 22824 on your way out of town

• Additional trash and recycling bins are available in the garage for kitchen overflow during your stay​

 

Fire Safety

• Do not place any logs or burning materials in the gas fireplace. It is a gas unit only

• Please ensure the gas fireplace is fully turned off before leaving the property

• Solo Stove must be fully extinguished before bed or leaving

• Never leave fires unattended​

 

Linens & Extra Sleeping

• Pack and play, ironing board, and portable fan can be found in the master closet

• Air mattress linens are in the drawers in the upstairs hallway

• Cabin pull-out sofa linens are in the TV media console

• Basement pull-out sofa linens are in the downstairs bathroom

• Please leave any used pack and play or pull-out sofa linens in the laundry room, and return the pack and play and sofas to their original position

 

Parking

• Park only space in front of garage or gravel area between house and garage/cabin.  No parking on grassy areas without permission

 

Property Care

• No moving furniture inside.  If you move outdoor furniture around, please return to their original position

• Report any damages immediately

• Exterior cameras are active at entry points — no tampering

• Please take trash to designated bins before departure
